What does the role involveAct as an owner and single point of contact for Customer Experience for the respective Region Partner with the sales team and engage directly with customers to identify pain points in supply chain and service delivery
Define strategic initiatives for the region to sustainably resolve identified issues and meticulously execute to achieve the defined targets
Work collaboratively with central functions both supply chain and cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve defined regional targets Support and contribute to sales and operations planning processes in region
Continuously assess current and future supply chain needs to align with evolving business demands Act as a source of supply chain expertise for the sales leadership Key
Performance Indicators Customer Experience measures including on-time in-full Performance on key supply chain Indicators viz
regional availability, warehouse, and transportation reliability, obsolescence etc
