Logistics Business Partner

• Act as an owner and single point of contact for Customer Experience for the respective Region

• Partner with the sales team and engage directly with customers to identify pain points in supply chain and service

• Define strategic initiatives for the region to sustainably resolve identified issues and meticulously execute to achieve

• Work collaboratively with central functions both supply chain and cross-functional teams to improve processes and

• Support and contribute to sales and operations planning processes in region

• Continuously assess current and future supply chain needs to align with evolving business demands

• Act as a source of supply chain expertise for the sales leadership

• Customer Experience measures including on-time in-full

• Performance on key supply chain Indicators viz. regional availability, warehouse, and transportation reliability,

• Collaboration with Sales Team

• Engineering / MBA with overall Experience 5-6 Years

• Experience in supply chain and operations across different functions

• Self-motivated and passionate to drive improvement projects

• Systematic problem solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to balance strategic aspects and operational efficiency

• Good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
