Role Description

Logistics Associate

• Oversee Dispatch and Delivery:

  Manage and monitor the entire dispatch and drop process for all orders within Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.

• Customer Communication:

  Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently through both chat and phone calls, providing timely and professional support.

• Inventory Management:

  Conduct daily physical checks of product inventory to ensure accuracy and to prevent discrepancies.

• Runner Allocation:

  Strategically assign runners to specific routes to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure timely cash collection.

• Route Planning:

  Develop and allocate efficient routes for runners to streamline the delivery process and reduce transit times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the geography of the Delhi-NCR region is a plus.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and communication platforms is an added advantage.

Timings: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm
