Logistic Executive - Male

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal levels of inventory across all retail locations, ensuring stock availability aligns with sales forecasts.

- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the order processing and fulfillment of products, ensuring timely delivery to retail locations and customers.

- Transportation Coordination: Manage relationships with freight carriers to negotiate shipping rates and schedules, ensuring cost-effective transportation.

- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and address any supply chain issues.

- Logistics Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping and receiving documentation, including invoices and tracking information.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective supply chain solutions.

- Problem Resolution: Quickly address any logistical challenges, delays, or discrepancies to minimize impact on retail operations.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards across all logistics operations.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and store operations teams to synchronize inventory availability with promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the retail sector.

- Proficient in logistics and supply chain management software as well as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with suppliers and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with retail operations and trends is a plus.
