This is regarding Opening with a leading Fund Management Company Location Head - Gift City Role: Location Head Experience: 10+ years Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar Responsibilities: Perform NAV calculations and manage investor allocations. Analyze daily and monthly Profit and Loss (PNL) statements and NAV performance. Reconcile daily cash and positions between the fund, broker, and custodian. Oversee daily fund accounting operations for designated clients, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. Manage investment operations, including portfolio valuation, multi-currency accounting, income and expense accruals, and dividend distributions. Prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS. Independently handle year-end audits and finalize annual financial reports. Prepare monthly portfolio valuations, fund drawdown and distribution reconciliations, as well as accruals and expenses. Input double-entry bookkeeping into the accounting system and perform cash management and reconciliation for the funds. Calculate drawdowns, equalization, distributions, and waterfalls in accordance with the fund’s governing documentation. Generate capital statements for fund investors and calculate Fund and investor IRR as needed.
