Localization Manager

We are hiring for Localization Manager-(Manufacturing)

Job Objectives

• Set up and maintain the product transfer process.
• Set up and manage the epIN localization project management system.
• Build and maintain project tracking and monitoring systems using different management tools.
• Provide support to other departments when needed.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks

• Evaluate whether new products can be manufactured and plan the manufacturing concept.
• Lead new product transfer projects, including:
• Production layout and process flow design
• Equipment purchase and acceptance
• New sample production
• PPAP report preparation and submission
• Prepare and maintain process documents, including:
• Process flow charts
• Work instructions
• PFMEA
• Manage localization projects across different departments.
• Plan and manage production equipment capacity.
• Lead and manage team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Support the IE team in standard working time measurement.
• Design layouts for new products and processes, including material flow.
• Improve production efficiency by reducing waste using lean manufacturing methods.
• Act as a communication bridge between global headquarters and local subsidiaries.
• Design and develop new tools and fixtures when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of production management with on-site management experience.
• Experience using project management software is required.
• Proven experience in new product transfer projects, including layouts, process flow, equipment purchasing, sample production, and PPAP.
• Team leadership and management experience is required.
• Responsible, hands-on, self-motivated, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
