Responsibilities

Development of Equipment for EMS / FATP

Thorough knowledge on equipment benchmarking and localization projects.

Equipment: Strip down analysis / Bill of Material analysis / Vendor for parts, sub assembly modules. Integration of equipment assembly.

Commercial knowledge on equipment / sub assembly /key modules like Camera / Dispenser / Laser source /etc.,

Essential Attributes

1. Knowledge on process equipment / assembly equipment / quality equipment used in EMS industry

2. Working experience in machine building projects in automotive / aerospace / manufacturing industries

3. Strong networking with equipment manufacturers within India and abroad

4. Exposure to : CNC Machines / Laser / Dispensing / Automated riveting process / Sub assembly manufacturing using ultra precision parts

5. Strong knowledge on key parts like camera module / laser sources / dispensing nozzles /etc., and respective vendor base

6. Commercial knowledge on equipment localization / reverse engineering process

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering

Desired Experience Level

Dy. Manager : 8-10 years (Able to make BOM and cost analysis)

Manager : 12-15 years (Lead a team of 5 to 6 engineers. BOM / Cost analysis)
