What Youll Own

  • Own

    end-to-end procurement governance

     across direct and indirect spend in a healthcare services setup.
  • Lead RFQs, commercial evaluations, and vendor negotiations with a focus on

    long-term cost efficiency and pricing integrity

    .
  • Design and implement a structured item and vendor intelligence framework

     from scratch, including:
    • Pricing history
    • Approved and alternate vendors
    • Usage patterns and cost trends
  • Establish robust

    warranty tracking mechanisms

     for parts, equipment, and vendor services to:
    • Prevent duplicate or avoidable spend
    • Ensure in-warranty claims are fully utilized
    • Improve recovery and replacement outcomes
  • Ensure warranty status is actively referenced during procurement and service decisions (in-warranty vs out-of-warranty).
  • Track and analyze

    vendor performance

    , including warranty compliance, turnaround times, and commercial adherence.
  • Ensure procurement execution in ERP systems is

    accurate, controlled, and audit-ready

    .
  • Provide

    CFO-level insights

     on cost drivers, savings opportunities, risks, warranty recoveries, and margin impact.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to

    tighten controls, standardize procurement practices, and introduce smarter commercial processes

    .

  • Strong experience in

    procurement, commercial operations, or supply chain

     within services or asset-heavy environments.
  • A sharp

    commercial mindset

     with the ability to connect procurement decisions to financial outcomes.
  • High analytical ability and comfort working with data, pricing models, and cost structures.
  • Proven ability to

    build processes and frameworks from scratch

    .
  • Confidence to work independently, challenge assumptions, and bring

    new ideas to the table

    .
  • Clear communication skills to engage effectively with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
