Job Description

Hrd Finance is looking for Loan Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Evaluating loan applications and determining the creditworthiness of applicants based on financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. Developing and implementing credit policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Ensuring that the loan portfolio is within acceptable risk levels by analyzing and monitoring the credit risk of existing loans. Conducting financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of potential loan opportunities. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and underwriting, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of loan applications. Reviewing and analyzing loan covenants, collateral, and security documentation to ensure compliance with loan agreements. Providing guidance and support to loan officers and other staff members on credit-related mattersManaging delinquent loan accounts and working with borrowers to develop and implement repayment plans. Providing regular reports to senior management on loan portfolio performance, credit risk, and compliance with credit policies and procedures.
