Loan Manager

As a Gold Loan Acquisition Executive at indiagold, your role will involve sourcing and acquiring gold loan customers at their doorsteps. You will be responsible for meeting and converting assigned leads to achieve monthly targets. Your tasks will include appraising gold ornaments, verifying KYC at customers" doorsteps, and disbursing loans within the assigned territory. Additionally, you will generate leads through existing customers/database and focus on productivity and revenue generation. Building long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) customers and coordinating with stakeholders for grievance handling will also be part of your responsibilities. Strict adherence to the organization's processes, policies, and guidelines is essential for this role.
