Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Develop and implement effective LMS strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
  • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS development and implementation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and training management.
