Research and identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Initiate contact and engage prospects with tailored outreach messages.
Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and hand them off to the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in internal tracking tools or CRM (if applicable).
Assist in developing and testing messaging strategies to improve engagement.
Track performance metrics and provide weekly progress reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Basic understanding of B2B tech or digital commerce (preferred, not mandatory).
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and lead tracking tools.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus.
