Job Description

Sales Strategy & Leadership • Define and lead the execution of sales strategy aligned with iTCarts vertical and solution priorities. • Own revenue targets across India, UAE, and North America with a focus on AI-enabled platforms and services. • Build, mentor and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team and partner ecosystem. Enterprise Account Management • Engage directly with enterprise clients, CXOs and decision-makers to position iTCart as a long-term digital transformation partner. • Develop multi-touch account strategies, upsell/cross-sell models and recurring revenue streams. • Manage long-cycle consultative selling processes, including RFP/RFI responses and solution presentations. Go-To-Market Execution • Collaborate with product, marketing, delivery and presales teams to design winning GTM campaigns and enablement programs. • Represent iTCart at industry events, roadshows and client workshops to enhance market presence. • Build strategic alliances and partnerships to unlock new verticals, markets and innovation opportunities. Mandatory Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy (preferred). • Experience: 10–15 years in enterprise technology sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-regional teams. • Domain Exposure: Strong experience in selling IT services, SaaS products, digital transformation programs, or AI-based platforms. Primary Skills: • Sales Excellence: Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi crore INR or multi-million USD sales targets. • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to create win win commercial models and scalable sales engines. • Client Engagement: Expertise in relationship-building, client retention and navigating enterprise procurement ecosystems. • Solutioning Mindset: Ability to translate client needs into viable technology solutions, in collaboration with pre-sales and tech leads. • People Leadership: Passion for mentoring and motivating high-growth teams toward aggressive goals. Optional Skills: • AI/ML Sales Experience: Experience in selling AI, analytics, or intelligent automation solutions. • Vertical Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance-heavy domains like BFSI, Insurance, or Healthcare. • Global Sales Enablement: Exposure to launching new markets or channels in MEA, APAC, or North America. • Partnership Management: Experience working with OEMs, cloud partners, or consulting alliances.
