Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Animation Develop high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and dynamic visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Transform complex ideas into visually appealing animations that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. Video Editing & Storytelling Enhance video content with animation, kinetic typography, visual effects, and transitions to create engaging narratives. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies for product launches, advertisements, explainer videos, and brand storytelling. Social Media & Digital Content Design motion assets optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. Work closely with graphic designers to integrate motion elements into brand campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual identity. Creative Strategy & Innovation Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation techniques, and emerging design technologies to keep our content fresh and engaging. Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for motion assets, templates, and project files. Role & responsibilities Required Skills & Competencies Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D animation software is a plus Creativity & Storytelling: Strong ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual narratives. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, visual effects, and compositing techniques. Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality animations with strong visual aesthetics.
