Responsibilities:
Head retail/ modern trade/ rice sales in Eastern IndiaDevelop strategy to introduce our brands in new marketsDevelop strategy to increase sales in existing marketsBe responsible for the p/l of packed rice salesTrack performance of our brands compared to other brands in the marketAdapt constantly to the changing requirements of the consumers & the market.Communicate with the production teams on requirements of sales teams in different regionsBe responsible for overall sales operations.
Essential Skills:
Significant experience in rice/ packed product sales in Eastern IndiaNeed enough business acumen to develop strategies for increased salesNeed to have entrepreneurial & risk taking abilityStrong knowledge in costing and P&LStrong managerial & team handling skillsStrong communication & negotiation skillsMust be proficient in Hindi.
