Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As a LinkedIn Content Strategist, you will lead the strategy, voice, and performance of LinkedIn content for the agency, its clients, and senior leadership profiles. Your role will focus on building strong professional narratives, driving engagement, and positioning brands, founders, and CXOs as credible voices on LinkedIn.

You will work closely with PR, design, and digital teams to translate business insights, announcements, and thought leadership into LinkedIn-first content. 

From content planning to execution and performance tracking, you will own the LinkedIn presence end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage LinkedIn content for company pages as well as founders’ and CXOs’ profiles
  • Shape and maintain a clear, consistent voice for senior leaders on LinkedIn
  • Convert PR narratives, leadership viewpoints, and industry insights into engaging posts
  • Plan content calendars and oversee daily posting and engagement
  • Collaborate with designers, PR teams, and account managers for execution
  • Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine strategy
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, formats, and best practices


Qualifications & Skills 

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn content strategy and profile management
  • Strong writing skills tailored to professional and leadership audiences
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience managing personal branding for founders, CXOs, or senior leaders
  • Data-driven approach to content optimization and performance tracking
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Background in PR, digital marketing, or brand communications is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
