Role Description

Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and grow

  client LinkedIn profiles

  with tailored content strategies
• Create end-to-end social media strategies from ideation to execution
• Build monthly content calendars and campaign plans
• Develop engaging, platform-specific content aligned with brand goals
• Research trends, industry updates, and insights to guide strategy
• Work closely with design and PR teams for seamless execution
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure consistent brand tone and communication across all platforms



Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of

  LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and engagement tactics

• Ability to write sharp, engaging, and strategic content
• Experience handling end-to-end client accounts independently
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking
• Agency experience preferred
