Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Liaisoning Officer to be based in Bhopal. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires effective communication skills to manage client relationships and liaise with government and regulatory bodies, ensuring all operations comply with necessary standards.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in client liaison, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in government liaison activities, including understanding regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement, effectively communicating and negotiating with various parties to achieve company objectives.
  • Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining necessary records and reports.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, ensuring all organizational activities adhere to relevant laws and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective and clear interaction with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, displaying a positive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify issues, and develop efficient solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client and government-related correspondence, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory requirements by liaising with government bodies and staying updated on industry regulations.
  • Compile and manage comprehensive documentation necessary for compliance and operational purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to compliance or stakeholder demands.
  • Assist in organizing and managing stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting discussions and outcomes.
