Liaison Officer

About the Role

As a Liaison Officer, you will act as the primary interface between MALLNET and external stakeholders including IRDA, insurance companies, government agencies, and industry associations. Your role will be critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, smooth business operations, and fostering strong external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with IRDA and regulatory bodies

• Manage statutory compliances, audits, and regulatory filings

• Build and maintain partnerships with insurance companies

• Represent MALLNET in industry associations, forums, and events

• Handle agreements, documentation, and compliance monitoring

• Provide regulatory support for business development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/LLB preferred)

• 1 - 3years of experience in regulatory affairs, corporate liaison, or government relations (insurance industry experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of IRDA regulations, corporate law, and compliance frameworks

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• High integrity, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
