Liaisoning & Regulatory Approvals:
Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, municipal authorities, revenue departments, urban development bodies, and other regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely acquisition of required approvals such as:
IOD Condition.
Building plan sanction.
Environmental clearances.
Zoning & land use change.
NOCs (Building Proposal, Fire, Airport Authority, Pollution Control, etc.)
Occupancy certificates and Completion certificates.
Track progress of approval applications and proactively resolve delays.
