Experience: 10–12 Years (with 5+ years in pump-down plug-n-perf is a must) Project Location: India (Onshore) All tools are in-house, without any service company support: • Hunting Titan addressable control fire switches • Baker-10 Setting Tool • 15K Pressure Control Equipment • Explosives from OWEN Oil Tools • Warrior Acquisition System • Benchmark Measuring Head System You must have faced & solved issues like: Plug pre-set before target depth Plug partial set, setting tool stuck Excess holding tension during pump-down BST-10 setting tool failure, O-ring & low oil level during servicing Poor wellbore cleaning & sand in lateral, causing tool stuck De-formed casing causing stuck plug & gun Gun didn’t fire even after reaching depth Cable didn’t break from the weak point after getting stuck in lateral Surging the well & tangling of cable with tool string Differential sticking of gun after firing Stranded armor cable due to severe brittleness CCL coil carbon resulting in no CCL at depth, unable to fire plug/gun Plug OD & stroke length mismatch Use of dissolvable plugs for zonal isolation Core Responsibilities: Detail-oriented professional committed to thorough pre-job checklist, conducting precise inspection and implementing corrective actions to ensure flawless job execution. Well versed and experienced in service, operation, and troubleshooting of BST-10 setting tools, with clear knowledge of how/where it can fail downhole. Handle gun arming, explosive safety, control fire switching to guns and verify with panel prior to lowering. Can share previous failures, causes, and lessons learned for smoother wireline plug-n-perf jobs. Takes full ownership — NO SERVICE COMPANY to call. Can lead on-site crew, prepare procedures, pre/post job checklists, and lessons learned with zero excuses.

Your experience should include troubleshooting various issues such as plug pre-set before target depth, setting tool malfunctions, wellbore cleaning challenges, and gun firing failures. Your core responsibilities will include conducting thorough pre-job checklists, precise inspections, and implementing corrective actions to ensure flawless job execution. You should be well-versed in the service, operation, and troubleshooting of BST-10 setting tools and capable of handling gun arming, explosive safety, and control fire switching. Additionally, you will be expected to lead on-site crews, prepare procedures and checklists, and share lessons learned for smoother wireline plug-n-perf operations.
