Wireline Field Engineer (Pump down Plug-n-perf Specialist)

As a Wireline Engineer at the vertically integrated Oil & Gas operating company in India, you will be responsible for hands-on pump-down plug & perf operations for long horizontal wells. Your expertise in leading jobs from gun loading to final plug set in multi-stage completions without third-party support will be crucial for success in this role. With a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in pump-down plug-n-perf operations, you will play a key role in the projects located onshore in India. - Conduct thorough pre-job checklists and precise inspections - Implement corrective actions to ensure flawless job execution - Troubleshoot various issues such as plug pre-set before target depth, setting tool malfunctions, wellbore cleaning challenges, and gun firing failures - Lead on-site crews, prepare procedures and checklists, and share lessons learned for smoother wireline plug-n-perf operations - Take full ownership of the job without relying on any service company support - Handle gun arming, explosive safety, and control fire switching - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in wireline operations - At least 5 years of experience in pump-down plug-n-perf operations - Proficiency in the service, operation, and troubleshooting of BST-10 setting tools - Ability to work effectively in a team and lead on-site crews - Commitment to safety and attention to detail,
