Liaison Officer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Liaison Officer to join our team in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a bridge between our organization and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and various stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different government departments and external partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other relevant entities.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and presentations.
• Provide support for project implementation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives and advocate for necessary resources.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-12 years of experience in a liaison or similar role, preferably within a governmental or non-profit organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
