Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements.

Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.

Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests.

Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
