Job Description

Reporting to – Leasing Head CTC Rang – Based on the Interview Assessment Quantification – LLB / LLM Experience – Fresher / Experienced Age – 23 to 35 We are looking for legal minds to join our growing legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicating these to the business. Duties & Responsibilities –  Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues.  Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.  Handle litigation  Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function  Managing organization's legal matters.  Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, and tender documents.  Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.  Provide and interpret legal information  Draft, revise, improve, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Service agreement, MoU, NDA, LoI, Agreement of Sale, Lease Deed, Declaration Cum Confirmations, etc.  Should have analytical skills with attention to detail.  Drafting and Vetting of Agreement (Rent Agreement, Lease Deed, Consignee Agreement), Special Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney. NEED A CANDIDATE WHO IS PERFECT IN GUJARATI(READING, LISTENING,WRITING,SPEAKING). GUJARATI LOCAL CANDIDATE MUST REQUIRED.
