Job Description

Ensure NBFC compliance with RBI regulations, circulars, and compliance frameworks
Advise on legal and regulatory issues impacting NBFC operations
Lead investigations and legal proceedings in cybercrime incidents, online frauds, phishing scams, and digital fraud callers
Draft, vet, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and policies
Manage litigation and dispute resolution including recovery, arbitration, and regulatory matters
Liaise with regulators, law enforcement agencies, cyber cells, and external counsels
Conduct legal research on NBFC laws related legislation
Maintain updated compliance trackers and legal documentation
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for complex queries and data manipulation
Advanced skills in Python for data analysis and automation, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing and analytics
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker for creating meaningfuldashboards
Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, modelling, and analytics workflows
Strong understanding of statistical methods, logistic regression, and data validationtechniques
