About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will handle all legal matters related to contracts, real estate, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and documentation to ensure smooth business operations and protect the company’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal documents related to construction projects and property transactions.
Provide legal advice on land acquisition, RERA compliance, property titles, and construction-related regulations.Manage litigation and coordinate with external advocates for company-related cases.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and government laws applicable to the construction and real estate sector.Handle documentation for sale deeds, lease deeds, NOCs, and other property-related filings.Represent the company in legal proceedings, government offices, and regulatory authorities whenever necessary.Maintain legal records, agreements, and case files systematically.Advise management on potential legal risks and strategies for resolution.Representing the company in all legal mattersReplying to all the legal notice recovered from all the stakeholdersGood in drafting legal replies with all the documents in chronological mannersVisit police station

Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
