Job Summary: 75% Non-Litigation and 25% Litigation We are seeking candidate profile who possesses 10 yrs experienced of working in-House Counsel in Corporate Legal-Non-Litigation team of Bank/NBFC/Housing Finance. The successful candidate will provide legal support and guidance on non-litigation matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have excellent contract drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional inhouse teams as well as external vendors team. Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to Human Resource, Information Technology, Insurance and Sports division of Company and group company and corporate governance. Contract Management: Drafting, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, joint venture partners, investment agreements, tie-up agreements with coaches/players, advertisement/Sponsorship agreements, Media agreement, Brand management agreements, co-lending agreements, digital lending agreements, Corporate Agency Agreements, SaaS Agreement, Service /Software Agreements, Lease/Leave and License Agreement for branch/premises, ensure that such contract will be executed in compliance with laws, regulations of RBI, NHB and internal policies, and draft/develop policies and procedures for smooth execution of such contracts. HR : Show Cause notices, Termination Notices, Replies to advocate, Labour Law related queries/litigation, Notices etc, Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks. Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and share knowledge with the legal team and other stakeholders. Litigation: - Experience of handling Civil Litigation pertaining to Qualifications: LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university. Experience: 10 years of experience as an in-house counsel working with Bank/NBFC/HFC, with a focus on non-litigation matters and contract drafting specifically mentioned above. Skills: Excellent contract drafting skill, problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
