Legal Manager - NBFC - LLB

You are required to provide legal support and guidance on non-litigation matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating risks. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing legal advice and guidance to various divisions such as Human Resource, Information Technology, Insurance, and Sports within the company and group company. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts with vendors, joint venture partners, investment agreements, tie-up agreements, advertisement/sponsorship agreements, media agreements, and more. - Handling HR-related tasks such as show cause notices, termination notices, replies to advocates, labor law-related queries/litigation, etc. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, and finance to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks. - Staying updated with changes in laws and regulations and sharing knowledge with the legal team and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university. Experience Required: - 10 years of experience as an in-house counsel working with Bank/NBFC/HFC, focusing on non-litigation matters and contract drafting. Skills Required: - Excellent contract drafting skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge Required: - Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.,
