Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the bank's operations.
Provide legal advice and guidance on various banking products and services.
Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure timely completion of legal documents and contracts.
