Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting & Contract Management

• Draft and review various agreements including NDAs, MoUs, Sales & Purchase Agreements, Export/Import agreements, procurement documents, and other commercial agreements.
• Manage contracts with domestic and international stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
• Provide legal support for global supply chain agreements, including logistics and customs arrangements.
• Contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and customers to secure favorable terms while preserving strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, operations) to align contract terms with operational and strategic goals.
• Identify and assess legal and commercial risks in contracts.
• Discuss legal and regulatory developments affecting existing and future contracts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contracts and associated documents (digital and physical).
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and documentation standards for audit readiness.
• Serve as the legal liaison among internal departments such as legal, procurement, sales, and operations.
• Provide legal interpretation and support in dispute resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

• Experience:

  2–5 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of domestic and international contract law.
• Experience negotiating with stakeholders from China, USA, and other international markets.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of risk management, compliance, and best legal practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
• Familiarity with international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and global regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
