Job Description

Ensure adherence to all environment related laws (CTO/CTE- EPR Regulations related to Plastic), managing EPR Portal etc applicable on manufacturing sector companies. Like Hazardous Waste Management, Plastic Waste Mgmt., Filing of Manifest (Form 10, Form 4, Form 3). Rubber Act Compliances
Ensure further adherence of all Regulatory Compliances, regulations, and company policies related to employment for factories, warehouses and retail stores. Like Operational License for retail stores and manufacturing unit Factory License, S&E, Trade License. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing factory operations, safety, and health.
Conduct regular audits to assess applicable compliance levels and identify areas for improvement at Factories, Develop and implement corrective action plans as and when needed. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement strategies for minimizing the factory's environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence related to the factory's, warehouse and retail stores operations and compliance matters.
Generate and submit timely and accurate compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required. Along with identify potential legal and compliance risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as needed. Monitoring regular renewal of licenses as required under regulatory laws applicable to Factories, Warehouses and Retail Stores.
Any other matter which is brought to the attention of Legal Department. The Legal Department addresses any issues that are presented to it, ensuring that its guidance is applicable across the entire organization rather than being confined to a single location.
