Key Responsibilities

Legal Intern for 6 months duration:

• Legal Research
• Conduct research on legal principles, regulatory updates, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors.
• Summarize findings and prepare concise legal memos or notes for internal use.
• Support in Legal Case Management
• Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining legal case files and records.
• Help prepare case summaries and maintain internal case status reports.
• Contract Review and Vetting
• Support the legal team in reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and amendments.
• Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Corporate Secretarial Assistance
• Assist in preparation and review of corporate documents, board resolutions, and statutory records.
• Support compliance with local corporate governance requirements.
• Legal Research
• Support in Legal Case Management
• Support in vetting commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, amendments etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Final year student of LLB or LLM
• Intern will be required in office 5 days a week
