The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the law. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client matters under the supervision of a Partner. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and firm initiatives. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to obtain information, negotiate agreements, and resolve disputes. Participate in professional development activities to enhance legal knowledge and skills. Qualifications: BL / LLB.
