Job Description

Role Objective
To provide legal advice to all departments as required. To represent the company in legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities

Audit company functions for possible non-compliances and ensure remediation.
Provide guidance on legal matters related to employees.
Prepare documents for filing FIRs and for initiating legal suits.
Draft legal responses to external entities as required.
Represent the company in courts and legal proceedings.
Draft agreements and contracts between the company and external parties for business purposes.
Monitor and advise on changes in laws and ensure necessary actions to maintain compliance.
Provide legal support related to issues concerning company physical properties.
Develop and maintain a legal framework to support business operations.
Provide legal solutions for litigations filed against the company.

Reporting to:

CFO

Experience:

15-20 years in corporate legal functions, including at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.Skills: legal drafting,legal matters,litigation,legal solutions
