We are committed to operational excellence, client-focused service, and maintaining the highest standards of procedural litigation along with high skill of drafting, research practice.Job Summary:Amicus Publico LLP is seeking a dynamic Legal Head with 3–5 years of experience to lead drafting, litigation strategy, client advisory, and legal research functions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end legal operations, guide team members, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards within the firm.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, review, and supervise drafting, vetting, and finalization of pleadings, agreements, legal notices, contracts, and other legal documents.2. Conduct and oversee high-quality legal research, case law analysis, and preparation of legal opinions for clients3. Manage and strategize litigation matters, ensure timely preparation, filing, and representation, and coordinate with external counsels wherever required.4. Ensure compliance with procedural laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies of the firm.5. Maintain regular highly professional communication with clients, provide updates, address queries, and ensure strong client servicing.6. Manage workload allocation, guide junior associates, and maintain quality control over all legal outputs.7. Review case status, prepare internal reports, updates, and presentations for senior management and clients.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a field of law 3. Strong expertise in legal research, case analysis, drafting, and legal documentation.4. In-depth understanding of litigation procedures, compliance requirements, and corporate legal practices.5. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systems.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability.7. High attention to detail, organizational capability. 8. Ability to manage deadlines, supervise team members, and handle multiple assignments efficiently.Preferred Attributes:1. Hands-on experience with case management software, legal research platforms, or law firm ERP systems.2. Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.3. Ability to handle complex matters independently while coordinating effectively with teams.4.
