Role Overview

Legal & Compliance professional

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Training & Awareness

• Enhance global compliance training programs beyond standard modules.
• Identify additional training areas aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.

2. Sanctions Advisory

• Provide expert guidance on

  sanctions regulations across jurisdictions

  .
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable advisories.
• Support business units with practical insights on sanctions-related risks.

3. Policies & SOPs

• Draft, review, and update

  policies, SOPs, and frameworks

  to align with evolving regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into operational processes.
• Ensure effective implementation and communication of compliance policies.

4. Risk & Transformation

• Lead initiatives on

  digital transformation in compliance, AML screening, financial crime risk, gap assessments, and third-party risk management

  .
• Drive

  process re-engineering, automation, and change management

  to strengthen compliance effectiveness.
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Preferred Profile

• 14–15 years of progressive experience in

  legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory

  .
• Background in consulting firms, multinational corporates, or regulatory advisory roles.
• Experience in

  policy development, compliance training, and sanctions/AML advisory

  .
• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Graduates from

  reputable institutions

  preferred (law background not mandatory).
