About the Role
•
We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong technical acumen, especially in system integrations, to join our dynamic and growing team.
•
This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to
support the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise systems that enhance our legal
•
operations.
•
The ideal candidate will bring a structured, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills,
and hands-on experience with legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management, NDA processing, obligation management, compliance frameworks, and the integration of AI tools in legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
•
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, legal, compliance, IT, and other departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for legal technology solutions.
•
Lead and support end-to-end system integration projects involving contract lifecycle management platforms, NDA repositories, obligation management systems, and AI-driven legal tools.
•
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
•
Work alongside technical teams and vendors to design scalable, efficient, and compliant legal technology solutions.
•
Coordinate and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear articulation of business needs and project goals.
•
Assist in vendor evaluation and selection, especially for legal tech tools and platforms.
•
Coordinate and manage the setup, configuration, testing, and rollout of enterprise legal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
•
Identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows, improve compliance, and increase operational efficiency through technology.
•
Support testing (UAT/SIT) and change management activities during platform rollouts.
•
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
•
•
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, NDA workflows, obligation management, and compliance processes.
•
Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., CLM systems like Icertis, DocuSign CLM, ContractWorks, or equivalent).
•
Familiarity with AI tools used in legal contexts (e.g., contract review AI, compliance monitoring, legal research tools).
•
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
•
Prior experience in legal technology, legal operations, or working with legal departments is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualities

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
•
Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office; fully on-site availability is preferred.
