Job Description

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Lead system integration initiatives across enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CLM, DocuSign, iManage, SAP).
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
Prepare BA deliverables: BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Mapping Sheets, RTMs.
Support vendor evaluation and selection for Legal Tech platforms (CLM, Contract AI, eDiscovery tools).
Collaborate with IT teams on API specifications, data flows, and integration frameworks.
Drive UAT/SIT cycles, defect management, and requirement validation to ensure successful rollouts.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in Legal/Compliance workflows.
Prepare training materials, user guides, and change management documentation for business adoption.
