Your Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements
• Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes
• Conduct legal research on commercial and IP law issues
• Interact with clients and contribute to legal advisory services
• Assist in expanding the firm’s client base through legal outreach and relationship management
