We are looking for a Legal Associate with a specialization commercial law to enhance our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Legal Expertis

  e: Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts

• Document Preparatio

  n: Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations

• Legal Representatio

  n: Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the company's interests

• Client and Debtor Relation

  s: Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions

• Legal Researc

  h: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance

• Court Proceeding

  s: Attend court hearings, managing cases effectively while keeping the management team informed of developments

• .Knowledge Applicatio

  n: Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Backgroun

  d: Bachelor's degree in law is required. A Master’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Bar Associati

  on: Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.

• Experien

  ce:2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial law within a corporate environment or law firm.

• Communication Skil

  ls: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
