Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle procedural aspects of liquidation assignments in compliance with IBC and IBBI guidelines.


  • Assist in claim verification, distribution, realization, and stakeholder communication.


  • Coordinate with statutory authorities, valuers, auditors, and other professionals involved in the liquidation process.


  • Maintain records, trackers, and ensure timely compliance with regulatory filings and reporting requirements.


  • Support the liquidation team in day-to-day case management and operational tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: LLB / Company Secretary (CS) / Chartered Accountant (CA).


  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with an Insolvency Professional (IP) or Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE).


  • Sound understanding of the procedural requirements of liquidation under IBC.


  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work effectively in a team environment.Role & responsibilities
