Legal Associate (Non-Litigation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, notices, and declarations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare well-structured opinions on non-litigation matters.
• Handle compliance requirements related to

  revenue laws, corporate laws, business registrations, and multi-state regulatory frameworks

  .
• Coordinate and support filing of

  ITR-related documents

  and basic tax compliance activities.
• Assist in due diligence, statutory compliance, and verification of legal documentation.
• Communicate with clients, authorities, and internal teams for smooth execution of legal processes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of laws applicable across various Indian states.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for management and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience in

  non-litigation legal work

  .
• Candidate should be from

  Gujarat-based

  are preferable.
• Strong knowledge of

  state-specific as well as all-India laws

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Corporate Law, Business Law, Revenue Law

  , and basic

  ITR processes

• Excellent drafting, vetting, and documentation skills.
• Strong research abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Criteria:

• Experience handling
