Legal Associate

As a Jr. Associate, your role will involve a multifaceted approach to supporting the Insolvency Professional (IP) in various capacities. This includes: - Assisting in drafting legal documents, reports, etc., for submission to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) - Preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings - Reporting to regulatory bodies - Instrumental in drafting petitions, applications, and replies - Managing daily communications with stakeholders - Providing steadfast support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Litigation - Proficiency in English is preferred Please note that this is a full-time job position that may include a performance bonus. You should have the ability to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Chandigarh, Chandigarh before starting work. The work location for this role is in-person.,
