Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will support the legal team in drafting, conveyancing, and litigation matters, ensuring that all legal documentation is in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting legal documents , agreements, contracts, and notices. Handle conveyancing work related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and title verification. Provide litigation support , including coordination with external legal counsel, maintaining case files, and preparing necessary documentation. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports as required. Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support in due diligence and legal risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). 2–5 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably in real estate or property law. Strong knowledge of drafting, conveyancing , and litigation procedures . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
