Quality Control:Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications. Team Management:Supervising and motivating production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving production issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions. Cost Management:Monitoring production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and contributing to the overall cost-effectiveness of the production process. Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
