Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Professional (Sr. Executive to GM level) to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving leasing performance across our retail and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete leasing process from prospecting to closure, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and coordination.
• Act as liaison between tenants, brokers, consultants, legal counsel, architects, and internal teams.
• Lead daily leasing operations while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
• Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
• Ensure completion of all paperwork and maintain a high level of client servicing.
• Monitor department productivity and contribute to overall profitability.
• Develop and implement leasing policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
• Track and analyze competition, market trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong networks with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.
• Engage in direct marketing and outreach to prospective corporate tenants.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Certification in retail leasing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to drive leasing strategies and achieve targets.
