The role of a Learning Coordinator involves:

• End-to-end management of program logistics.
• Travel Bookings 
• Assisting in maintaining the MIS.
• Supporting the SMEs and other team members' deliveries for flawless execution of the learning design.
• Logistics Management.
• Creating and managing all the required documents for all the learning programs.
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Supporting Learning Partners in Data Analysis and Report Generation as per the learning programs.

What We’re Looking For:

This role is perfect for you if you’re:

• A team player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organised and process-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and MS Word.
• Proactive and good at anticipating what’s needed next.
• Great at communication and building strong relationships.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in coordination or logistics.
• Experience in HR or Learning & Development (L&D) is a plus but not necessary.
• Based in Pune and ready to work from our office in Baner.
