Learning Coordinator

Role Overview: At Ashiana, as a Learning Hub Executive (Facility) in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in engaging and coordinating various activities for kids, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the Learning Hub processes efficiently. Your impact will be measured by your ability to strategize, plan, and execute in a way that maximizes engagement of kids and addresses any queries or issues related to the Live n Learn Program. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute kids events and activities - Prepare and maintain MIS reports - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and problems of parents and kids - Strategize, plan, and execute to maximize engagement of kids - Maintain MIS, calendars, accounting/budgeting, and feedback & evaluation of Live & Learn program - Recruit and hire the right resources to sustain the quality of the Live & Learn program Qualifications Required: - Good communicator - Ability to work independently or with limited supervision - Willingness and ability to learn - Ability to lead from the front with a hands-on approach - Strong problem-solving skills to provide structure to unstructured issues Company Additional Details (if present): At Ashiana, we are committed to enabling people to live a better life through the homes we build.
