Learning Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Learning Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, assessing learning needs, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. This position is crucial for enhancing employee skills and contributing to organizational growth within the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs and design learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.
• Create and maintain training documentation and resources.
• Provide coaching and support to learners to facilitate skill development.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training tools.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with various training delivery methods (e.g., virtual, blended).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
